Could it be simply me or does it appear like some of the comments appear like they are left by brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are writing at additional online social sites, I would like to follow everything new you have to post. Look you walk across the steret and can get hit by a car the risk is about the same. Of course if it blows over and hits you home there will be damage, duh! It would appear you are not in the US so the figure is probably not even relevant but I own land that I have not developed at this point and I have 4 erected on various properties and my average is 3500.00 per month on EACH one. Real Nice!

${esc.dollar}350/sqft seems right in line with downtown lofts and cdoons. A quick search of the Pearl District priced between ${esc.dollar}300k-${esc.dollar}700k shows 15 active listings with an average square footage of 1193 and average cost per square foot of ${esc.dollar}338. This is a mixture of new and resale units. There is a 898 square foot unit in the Elizabeth for ${esc.dollar}373/sqft and one in Tanner for ${esc.dollar}400/sqft. These are active listings. http://vsoczjy.com kgikvuwjq [link=http://oyvlip.com]oyvlip[/link]

Heather, I keep having trubloe posting. I always forget to fill in some blank. Anyway, I'm happy to see you are on your way to Chama after all you went through in the San Juans with snow. I read Freefall's description of it and saw his videos on both Trailjournals.com and on his own blog. I don't know how any of you could have gone through as much of that as you did! I think you will love the scenery near Ghost Ranch, even though it seems to change again towards Cuba, NM. It sounds like the temperatures might be easier to be in than what you experienced in the San Juans.I like the photos you are putting up here. More, please Keep on Trekkin'~Gayle (and Jim) Wohlken[]

I have observed that wise real esttae agents all around you are getting set to FSBO Advertising. They are realizing that it's in addition to placing a sign post in the front area. It's really about building associations with these suppliers who later will become customers. So, after you give your time and efforts to encouraging these suppliers go it alone the Law of Reciprocity kicks in. Thanks for your blog post.

That swirl is extremely cool...it's as if you gazed at the "sentinals" for a long time and then just kind of specad out..and they became a whirlpool. Don't laugh...I do this kind of thing when we're on a roadtrip...spacing out makes the time go by faster ;>)...but I've never been able to capture it in a photo. Thanks for sharing!

Dylan, I've played K&M oilnne ever since the original game of TSK was released. Players always mainly equiped ranged units, even in TSK, it's just what K&M is. So it's no surprise that one should equip these men at arms for they form the core of your army. But that doesn't include that you couldn't fend them off with knights or other heavily armed men. This is especially the case when you lowered their force to tens of men. According to my experience the gameplay is fine as it is. That explains my concern why Lewin decided to weaken ranged units. Lewin, K&M TSK/TPR was alot slower in pretty much every aspect compared to K&M the Remake. The Remake did a good job with smoothing the gameplay up. Just the thought that you will weaken ranged units looks very bad. I guess I have to experience it for myself how bad this decreasement of the attack capacities of ranged units will affect the game. And for the towers, they really do form a problem when playing in teams. Expecially a scenario when a player digs in by building towers very dense to one another. This creates a Tower Wall , which pretty much prevents you from walking in and/or clearing the towers. If he builds multiple Tower Wall layers, then forget about attacking him. All their allies have to do is to put all of their troops in front of the tower wall(s) of the tower spammer and then it stops right there. for the attacking player that is. Any attempt will high likely fail, because of the presence of the allied troops behind the tower wall(s). So if you finally managed to clear the towers, which will cost you alot of militia taking into acount that his allied troops will shoot at your militia without even being able to clear one stone from a tower and that the tower wall will pretty much block your militia from walking in, then it was all for nothing because your ranged units are now open and ready to be killed if you don't fold back. All you did there was lose alot of wood, gold and time. I don't mind players walling off their town, as long as they use the range of fire of the actual tower. So with gaps in between them and not building layer after layer of towers. To achieve this, and to prevent that tower spammers will build an impassable wall of towers, a tower limit (something like the Peace Time slide) will be necessary. Not to speak of tower spammers who build a Tower Wall and build towers randomly shifted into their town.

Hi Liz,Twitter is blocked by defulat at DEECD schools as far as I know. I asked to have it unblocked a couple of years ago. It is simple for the technician to just add it to the whitelist. As far as the Ultranet is concerned, if I restricted myself to just connecting with Victorian teachers, I'd be missing out on a LOT. about blogging and the Ultranet highlights some of those points. I know you agree with me though. The Ultranet may be useful for some things, but I don't think broad collaboration is one of them. Many people are still very sceptical of Twitter as just another social networking site . I am often having to sell the value to fellow educators. I've written a few posts on Twitter which you can find . Are you on Twitter yourself? I don't use Twitter much with my students but I find it is the best form of PD that I can get. And that impacts my students every day. Even though I can use Twitter at school, I spend most of my time on it at home. Obviously, I don't get time to check it much at school. You may already be using Twitter a lot as an educator sorry for not knowing who you are on Twitter! If you're not though, that would be a good place to start. Sorry I can't be of more help. I guess you have to try to sell the benefits of Twitter to the powers that be!Good luck and please let me know how you get on.Kathleen
